How to send artwork

Free Internet Large File Transfer Website

Incoming emails to Platinum are limited to 10MB, therefore if you have files/artwork which are larger than this, please use the free file transfer facility at mailbigfile.com.

It’s really easy, just fill out the email address, browse to attach the file, and click send (see image oposite). Please note, it can take a while for it to reach us depending on the website’s demand and the size of your file.

Platinum’s Internal FTP Site

Alternatively we host our own internal FTP site to allow you to send files that are to big to send in an email. If you do not already use any FTP software, you can download FileZilla free (works on Mac or PC).

After you have downloaded and installed the software you will need to setup our connection.

  • Go to File Menu – Site Manger, then click on ‘New Site’ and enter the details as they appear on this link
  • Please note that both username and password are case sensitive. Leave all other settings unchanged.
  • You can then click on the site name on the left side of the window and rename for future use (e.g. PLATINUM FTP)
  • You can now connect, then copy or drag a folder containing your files to the new window, this will copy your files on to our server. (Please don’t copy individual files, always place in a clearly labled folder first).
