Notes on submitting artwork:
If possible, Adobe PDFs are the preferred method of artwork submission. Please feel free to contact us if you are unsure how to make PDF files.
Artwork (or content for artwork to be created from) can be supplied in any of the following applications
(software versions in brackets):
- QuarkXpress (up to 7)
- Illustrator ( up to CS3)
- Photoshop (up to CS3)
- Freehand (up to MX)
- InDesign (up to CS3)
- Acrobat (up to 8)
- PageMaker (7 for PC)
- Corel Draw (10 for PC)
- Corel Photopaint (10 for PC)

- Microsoft Word (2000 for PC) CLICK HERE FOR IMPORTANT ADDITIONAL NOTES
- Other applications on PC & Mac platforms can usually be accepted by conversion to pdf - please call to discuss.
IMPORTANT NOTE ON FONTS:
Fonts should either be embedded or turned to outlines/paths
where this is not possible all fonts must be supplied.
IMPORTANT NOTE ON IMAGES:
Images should only be supplied as greyscale or CMYK not RGB.
They must not be taken from websites or scanned from magazines/books etc due to copyright and quality issues.
TIFF or JPEG files should only be used when supplying single colour or four colour process they need to be saved at 400dpi.
Bitmap and lineart should be saved at 1200dpi. Lower resolutions will produce low quality print reproduction.
IMPORTANT NOTE ON COLOUR USE:
If you are unfamiliar with terms such as CMYK, RGB, PANTONE, Spot colour, 4 colour process please click here for clarification.
Files not intended for single colour or four colour process output, should be supplied with all colours set as SPOT colours and where appropriate a PANTONE® colour reference.
How to send your artwork (a hard copy of the artwork should be provided wherever possible):

- USB Flash Drives
Artwork not conforming to the above specifications will be liable to extra cost and possible delayed production. Alternatively call for advice and assistance.
Separate artwork should be supplied to produce SPOT UV or EMBOSSED areas.
If Cutters or Perforations are required, please ensure these are indicated using SPOT colours named as CUTTER or PERF.
